A Technical Services management role as an ambassador, within one of our critical healthcare site, having overall H&S and maintenance service responsibility for the Woodland View. Reporting to the Account Manager, the TSM will be the site based lead for all technical service delivery (both in house and contractor), compliance, client relationships, defect management, additional works, and variations. This person will also be responsible for coordinating site operations to ensure adherence to company and local operating procedures, which ensure a standardised approach to the service delivery. The role is inclusive of a 24hr on call coverage by virtue of being available through the escalation process.

Responsible for the management of the service delivery
Ensuring maintenance (planned & reactive) is carried out in line with budgetary and quality constraints and in line with agreed service levels and all relevant legislation.
To represent in all Technical matters through sound decision making
To celebrate success and drive continuous improvement with the team, ensuring local interface between other FM Service Teams, with NHS staff, Project Co and Customers at all levels to deliver as one team
To develop staff and ensure all have been provided with the mandatory and best practice training required to enable them to have the capability to carry out their roles.
Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:
candidate must able to demonstrate a technical background within an electrical, mechanical or building services bias
qualified to HNC/HND level in an engineering discipline
a proven managerial track record for past 3/5 years
significant exposure to a Healthcare environment (desirable)
an AP appointed person within Medical Gas Pipeline Systems (desirable)
