We are looking for a Signalling Field Engineer to be part of a team throughout the duration of our clients project. Within this role you will be expected to collate and interrogate information from asset monitoring equipment. You will be undertaking inspections, faulting as part of the maintenance team working towards our client’s relevant standards and producing reports back to our client. This is a multi-disciplinary role, signalling, E&P AND Telecoms. We do require the individual to hold SMTH and have experience in working with signalling equipment.
With joining our client at the early stages of the project there will be room for promotion at a later date. We are looking for an individual who is looking to further their career whilst being an integral part of our client’s workforce. This is a very exciting and challenging opportunity where you will be part of one of the biggest projects in Wales.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide support with the maintenance team in response to alarms, alerts and scheduled maintenance activities
Carry out all work to meet the safety procedures put in place by our client
Oversee and supervise others working within the CVLICC
Liaise with our client throughout the work taking place
Competent in SFI level 2 and SINCS Engineering review
Competent in signalling equipment
NVQ level 2 or 3 qualification
