A world-leading engineering organisation is growing their Commercial team and are seeking a Commercial Manager with a highways background to join on a long term contract (until July 2026!).
You will be supporting on the South East Aylesbury Link Road on behalf of Buckinghamshire Council with a minimum of 3 days required on site, depending on project requirements. Responsibilities include:
– Lead commercial meetings with contractors, designers and the client.
– Assess monthly applications and prepare payment notice.
– Assess Compensation Event submissions from Contractors.
– Create instructions in CEMAR.
The successful Commercial Manager will:
– Hold a BSc/ BEng in Quantity Surveying or related.
– RICS Member
– A strong background in the Highways sector
– Hold a valid CSCS card
– Experience using CEMAR
