Senior Project Manager

Our client are a global company that specialise in the built environment and civil engineering. They have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Project Manager (Marine Works) based in Immingham, Lincolnshire.

This role is specialising in marine and structure experience.

Role:

The successful candidate will oversee, monitor and be accountable overall performance of package/s they are assigned to.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Support and report to the Area Lead, managing the strategy and delivery of a large part of the programme
• Be responsible for the co-ordination between the construction, design, procurement and commercial departments
• Prepare and modify, where necessary, project plans
• Oversee project timeframes and budgets, ensuring all budgets are managed and any risks are highlighted
• Lead the successful delivery of the project in line with all stakeholders’ expectations, communicating strategies to the wider client
• Coordinate, plan and manage internal and external meetings concerning the project

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, managing small to medium/large sized projects
• Experience in successful construction delivery phase of projects and programmes
• CSCS card
• Proven budgetary oversight experience

Desirable:

• MCIOB/MAPM/MRICS/MICE or equivalent
• Tertiary qualifications in related degree, project management and/or construction related discipline
