An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Construction Manager in Cork. The Construction Manager will report daily to the Project Manager.

Role:

The successful candidate will take ownership for the successful delivery of all installation activities on allocated projects.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Plan project activities to suit access and project deliverables
• Scope and review subcontract installation packages of work
• Delivery of the project to forecasted costs, regular reporting and detailed cost control measures
• Support Operations Managers in reviewing and production of new procedures
• Manage the control, inspection and calibration of small tools and equipment

Essential Requirements:

• Installation Manage IRSE License
• Valid PTS certificate & OLEC 1
• Working knowledge of railway signalling operations

Desirable:

• ONC or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
• Knowledge of HSE requirements
