Job Title: Assistant Bid Writer/ Submissions Manager

I am looking for a Assistant bid writer / Submissions manager with a good construction background, to deliver pre qualifications questionnaires (PQQs) excellence for projects in Belfast.

Role

You will have previous experience working in a similar role within bid writing / submissions management. This role would suit a assistant bid writer.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing web portals for PQQ / Tender opportunities
  • Creating / updating PQQ / Tender information on company IT systems
  • Liaising with internal and external parties to obtain information for submissions

Essential requirements:

  • Previous experience within Assistant bid writing / submissions management
  • Strong IT and creative presentation skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative

Desirable:

  • Knowledge/experience within the construction industry
