My client is looking to bring on board a Process Engineer to join their team working in the water sector in Falmer.

The Process Engineer forms an essential part of the Water Process team based in Falmer, East Sussex. The team are responsible for developing drinking water treatment solutions across the region. Your role will be to develop water treatment process designs under the guidance of a senior process engineer.

Duties will include but are not limited to analysing flows, water quality data and the performance of existing water treatment processes as well as managing and producing data to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery. Additionally, you would be responsible for managing elements of larger projects or leading low capital value simple design schemes and providing technical capability on water and / or wastewater projects as part of a project team.

About You:
This role will make excellent use of your strong attention to detail and your excellent communication and presentation skills. We are keen to hear from applicants who have a degree in Chemical Engineering or other scientific discipline and who ideally have access to their own vehicles as you will occasionally be required to travel to various offices or sites across the region to meet with other operational teams.

We are particularly keen to hear from someone with experience in Water Treatment Process Design within a UK Water company or consultancy, but this isn’t essential.
