An Assistant Site Manager is required to join a increasingly busy main contracting organisation to assist in the delivery of a new build schemes across the Oxfordshire region.

We require an Assistant Site Manager who can join the site based management team to assist the delivery of various new build projects across both the commercial & public sector from inception to completion. To this end you must be able to demonstrate recent, relevant project experience in similar schemes.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager who is aspiring to step into a Site Manager position in the near future. This highly regarded contractor is willing to invest time into the successful candidate resulting in the enhancement of their development.

Aside from new build experience you will also be confident assisting the senior team manage the specialist contractors, ensuring and insisting on the highest regard to health & safety and demanding a high standard of work in line with the project time lines and programme.

Skill sets will include;

  • Liaise effectively with Site Project Manager
  • Oversee Sub-Contractors and plan all works on site.
  • A passion for Health & Safety
  • Maintain high standard of work
  • CSCS & FIRST AID Accreditation & SMSTS or SSSTS
