Commercial Manager

Job Title: Commercial Manager – Rail

Type: Contract

Location: London

Salary: £650 – £700 per day inside IR35

We are currently working with one of the most successful contractors in the Civil Engineering and Rail sectors. They are currently looking for a freelance Commercial Manager based in London.

Role

The successful candidate will oversee a large portfolio of building and civils projects across the Southern CP7 framework.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Manage the design development and procurement stage of projects
• Ability to implement new processes and streamline existing processes
• Oversee portfolio of building and civils projects
• Work with external and internal teams and stakeholders

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years working experience within Rail industry
• Strong pre-construction experience
• Prior involvement with procurement and managing large portfolios of projects
• Experience with NEC3/4 and Bespoke contracts

Desirable:

• Working experience within buildings and civils side of Rail industry
