An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Construction Manager in Cork. The Construction Manager will report daily to the Project Manager.
The successful candidate will take ownership for the successful delivery of all installation activities on allocated projects.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Plan project activities to suit access and project deliverables
- Scope and review subcontract installation packages of work
- Delivery of the project to forecasted costs, regular reporting and detailed cost control measures
- Support Operations Managers in reviewing and production of new procedures
- Manage the control, inspection and calibration of small tools and equipment
- Installation Manage IRSE License
- Valid PTS certificate & OLEC 1
- Working knowledge of railway signalling operations
- ONC or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
- Knowledge of HSE requirements
