Recruiting for an experienced and proficient Quantity Surveyor with a proven background of delivering commercial success on Rail infrastructure projects in the UK.

This is an opportunity to join an established team working on a very large Rail Signalling project in Yorkshire, early on in the project program.

The ideal candidate would be able to work from the York office 3 days a week, have a level of understanding of the Rail industry, not necessarily Signalling although preferable.

For the right candidate this could be a long term freelance outside IR35 role.
