Senior / Principal Civil Engineer

My client a Tier 1 consulting engineer working across the UK Infrastructure sector have an immediate requirement for a senior / Principal Civil design engineer to join their Water team in the South West and Wales.

Acting as the Technical discipline lead across the civil design engineering function you will be a technical expert in non infrastructure design of a variety of cutting edge water and waste water treatment projects and take responsibility for leading a group of dynamic young engineers in delivering high quality design outputs for water utility clients.

My client are seeking a degree qualified and professionally qualified and chartered engineer with varied and extensive water and waste water treatment design experience.

Applicants should be confident in their design abilities and be at home mentoring junior engineers and acting as the lead for the non infra civil technical discipline.

Applicants must have worked in the UK water sector and have a proven track record on water utility company treatment works design projects.

Applicants looking to relocate to the South West may be given financial support with the relocation whilst there is significant opportunity to work remotely during the start up phase of the role due in part to flexible working and covid-19 restrictions.
