  • Influence the direction of Public Health engineering within the business and mentor others to support their growth.

What You Will Bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in building services design, with a strong background in Public Health engineering, ideally within a consultancy or contractor environment.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and manage client/contractor relationships.
  • A passion for growing a team and shaping the future of the department.
  • A technical background with the ability to engage in the complexities of large-scale and varied projects.

What’s on Offer:

  • £300 yearly sports membership.
  • Hybrid working – flexible working options available.
  • Strong career progression, with many engineers achieving Chartered status through the company’s investment in professional development (including MSc courses).

Why This is a Great Opportunity:

  • 90% staff retention rate – A clear indicator of a supportive and positive workplace.
  • Exposure to a variety of technically complex projects, including those that challenge traditional engineering practices such as prison design.
  • The opportunity to shape a growing division within a dynamic company.
  • A collaborative team culture with a focus on CPD and career development.
