Currently looking for a Tier 1 Senior Quantity Surveyor with significant high end construction experience working on a prestigious multi million pound projects.

This project is being managed under a NEC contract, it is vitally important that you have some NEC contract experience in the last few year.

Currently at fit out stage of the contract, but the ideal candidate would also have some Public Realm / civil engineering experience top manage these packages when the project moves to its final stages.

An opportunity to join a vibrant and social team working on a project in central London, working outside IR35 on a 9 month temp contract, with the option for a possible temp to perm for the right candidate.
This is an urgent need.
