Site Manager

A Site Manager is required on a long term freelance contract to assist this highly regarded contractor in the delivery of a 125 unit conversion in South East London.

We require a Site Manager who can join the site based management team in the conversion of an existing office space into 125 apartments from inception to completion. To this end you must be able to demonstrate recent, relevant project experience in delivering similar refurbishment/conversion schemes. This scheme has a build value of £10M.

Aside from the refurbishment/conversion experience you will also be competent in managing specialist contractors, ensuring and insisting on the highest regard to health & safety and demanding a high standard of work in line with the project time lines and programme.

Skill sets will include;

• Liaise effectively with Site Project Manager
• Oversee Sub-Contractors and plan all works on site.
• Orchestrate progress and update meetings
• A passion for Health & Safety
• Maintain high standards of work
• CSCS & SMSTS & FIRST AID Accreditation
