Job title: Surfacing Supervisor

Location: M27 J5-J7

We are looking for a Surfacing Supervisor to work on the M27 J5-J7 concrete overlay on a 6 months contract with a start ASAP.

Role Overview:
As a Surfacing Supervisor, you will work within an integrated delivery team and be responsible for:

• Undertaking NEC4 ECC Supervisor duties.
• Reviewing design and Inspection and Test Plans.
• Witnessing on-site tests, keeping records, and reporting progress.
• Identifying defects and verifying work quality and materials.
• Attending meetings and resolving site issues.

Qualifications/Experience:

• NEC4 ECC Supervisor Accreditation (preferred)
• Degree/HND in Civil Engineering or similar
• Experience in highway infrastructure, particularly asphalt surfacing
• Strong communication, client-facing, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with relevant road and bridge design manuals
