Advance-TRS scales to new heights

The entire team from Advance Training & Recruitment Services took to London this September to ascend The O2 in celebration of another successful sales quarter.
At the highest point of the dome, The O2 stands 170 feet tall and features an incline and decline of up to 30 degrees; that’s three times as steep as the sharpest climb at this year’s Tour de France! The entire climb took around 90 minutes to complete, including a 20-minute break at the top where the team could take in the splendour of the London skyline at sunset.
The O2 climb comes off the back of an impressive quarter in which Advance’s consultants successfully hit their sales target in impressive fashion. An incredible amount of hard work has been put into pulling off this feat and the team is already well on their way to hitting the target for the next quarter.
Reflecting on the climb, managing director Andy Ridout said “It was a fantastic way to celebrate a very successful first three months of the financial year. I’m elated to see the direction the company is going in as we continue to grow financially and expand our team to help cope with the increase in demand.”
Year-on-year contract revenue at the consultancy has increased by 55% whilst permanent revenue has also seen a rise of 48% this year. Further to their sales success in the last quarter, Advance also achieved ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001 accreditation and made it into the Recruitment International Top 500 report for 2015.
