Advance TRS’s new company charter and half-year review

Last Thursday everyone at Advance TRS got together at our Guildford office for an update on how the business is performing and the presentation of our new company charter.
We were very pleased to hear how well both offices had done over the past six months, already outperforming the previous 12 months by some measures! Some of our colleagues broke their own performance records and many team members are well on their way to securing a ticket to Las Vegas, next year’s company incentive trip – our biggest one yet!
The second part of the conference was dedicated to our new company charter, put together by the Board of Directors and our Marketing & Development Manager. It covers values that are important to us as a business and which we believe should be reflected in our day-to-day work and interactions with clients and colleagues.
We pledge to focus on delivering a quality service, respecting one another and doing what we say we do which ties in well with our Core Values of Quality, Commitment, Integrity, Honesty and Loyalty.
