Advance TRS Executive Charity Golf Day 2026 – Turner & Townsend Return as Headline Sponsor and Mark Wild OBE Confirmed as Guest Speaker

8th July 2026

The Advance TRS Executive Charity Golf Day 2026 is almost fully booked, with just one fourball remaining. Returning headline sponsor Turner & Townsend and keynote speaker Mark Wild OBE will join infrastructure leaders at Goodwood Park Golf Club on Thursday 24 September 2026 for the sixth annual charity event.

Turner & Townsend Return as Headline Sponsor

This year’s event is made possible once again through the continued support of Turner & Townsend, returning as Headline Sponsor and reinforcing a partnership that has helped establish the event as one of the standout dates in the industry calendar.

Thanks to the generosity of sponsors, guests and supporters over the years, the Advance TRS Executive Charity Golf Day has now raised more than £100,000 for charitable causes, a milestone that reflects the collective commitment of the industry to creating impact beyond business.

Advance TRS would like to extend sincere thanks to Turner & Townsend for their continued year-on-year support and contribution in helping grow both the reach and fundraising success of the event.

Mark Wild OBE Confirmed as Guest Speaker

A major highlight of this year’s event will be an evening guest address from Mark Wild OBE, Chief Executive of HS2 Ltd, who has kindly volunteered his time to join attendees for the evening reception and dinner as keynote speaker.

Mark leads one of the UK’s largest and most significant infrastructure programmes, overseeing the delivery of Britain’s new high-speed railway between London and Birmingham and supporting more than 33,000 jobs across the country.

With more than 35 years of experience leading some of the world’s most complex transport and infrastructure programmes, Mark brings a unique perspective on leadership, transformation and delivering major projects at scale.

Known for putting safety, sustainability and future talent development at the centre of his work, Mark’s contribution to the evening is expected to provide guests with insight into the challenges and opportunities shaping the future of UK infrastructure.

Andy Ridout, Group Managing Director at Advance TRS, said:

“To see the event reach this stage and to announce Mark Wild OBE as our guest speaker makes this year’s charity golf day especially significant. Mark has led some of the most transformational infrastructure programmes in recent history and we’re incredibly grateful that he has chosen to volunteer his time to support the evening and our fundraising efforts.

Equally, none of this would be possible without the continued support of Turner & Townsend. Their year-on-year commitment has helped us build this event into something that delivers real value to our industry while raising over £100,000 for charity. We’re hugely appreciative of their partnership and support.”

Supporting Railway Children and Little Roo Neonatal Fund

In 2026, fundraising from the event will support Railway Children and Little Roo Neonatal Fund.

Railway Children works across the UK, India and East Africa to protect vulnerable young people at risk around transport networks through safety, education and long-term support. Little Roo Neonatal Fund supports premature and sick newborn babies and their families through vital equipment, care and support services.
