
Drawing from his extensive experience in the rail sector and project management, Josh now applies his expertise to overseeing and leading the recruitment process in Civils and Permanent Way (P-Way). His journey began by managing Advance TRS’s substantial blue-collar contract workforce for the 4 Lines Modernisation London Underground upgrades, where he gained invaluable insights into the network’s intricacies. Over the last five years, Josh has leveraged his ability to handle complex, dynamic, and ever-changing requirements to transition into white-collar recruitment delivery. He works closely with Mick Schruyers and Chris Spurdle, building teams to deliver major civils and P-Way upgrades to the network across the UK and Ireland.
