Advance TRS Welcome Karen Upton to the Rail & Infrastructure Team

We’re delighted to welcome Karen Upton to Advance TRS as Lead Delivery Manager for our Rail & Infrastructure team in Guildford.

Karen Upton joins us with over two decades of recruitment expertise, most recently leading professional & technical divisions within the rail sector. Throughout her career, she has partnered with major infrastructure clients to deliver recruitment solutions across rail, construction, nuclear, power, and IT. With a strong reputation for building lasting client and candidate relationships, Karen is known for her consultative approach, industry knowledge, and commitment to delivering the right people for critical projects.

As Lead Delivery Manager, Karen will play a central role in shaping and driving the delivery function within our Rail & Infrastructure team.
