Harry Harding is a Lead Consultant at Advance TRS, specialising in the recruitment of Commercial professionals across the rail and infrastructure sectors. With more than 8.5 years of recruitment experience, he has built a strong track record of delivering talent solutions and developing long-lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
Leading the Commercial desk, Harry focuses primarily on permanent recruitment while also supporting contract hiring requirements across major infrastructure projects. Working in a full 360-degree recruitment role, he manages the entire process from business development and client engagement through to candidate sourcing, interview management, and successful placements.
Harry recruits for a range of commercial roles, including Commercial Managers, Commercial Directors, Quantity Surveyors, and Managing Quantity Surveyors. Taking a consultative and personable approach, he works closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and project goals, while supporting candidates in finding opportunities that align with their long-term career ambitions.
Known for being approachable, honest, and easy to work with, Harry values building genuine relationships and keeping communication open throughout the recruitment process. He is passionate about helping both clients and candidates achieve the right long-term fit.
Outside of work, Harry is a keen sports fan with a particular passion for football and golf. A lifelong Liverpool FC supporter, he enjoys following the Reds whenever he can. When he’s not working with clients and candidates, you’ll usually find him on the golf course, watching sport, or spending time with friends and family.
