Jess McMahon is a Compliance Executive at Advance TRS, helping to ensure contractors are fully compliant, prepared and ready to work safely across some of the UK’s largest infrastructure projects. Working closely with candidates, clients and consultants, she supports every stage of the compliance process, making onboarding as smooth and efficient as possible.
Her role includes managing competency renewals, monitoring expiry dates, arranging medicals and drug & alcohol testing, booking training courses and ensuring all compliance documentation is completed accurately and on time. With a proactive approach and exceptional attention to detail, Jess plays an important part in maintaining the high standards of compliance and contractor care that Advance TRS is known for.
Reliable, organised and always willing to help, Jess enjoys building relationships with candidates and supporting them throughout their recruitment journey. She takes pride in delivering a positive experience while helping projects get underway without delay.
Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending time with family and friends, keeping active and making the most of weekends exploring new places and unwinding outside the office.
