Fiona Mackenzie is the Marketing Manager at Advance TRS, bringing 26 years of marketing experience to the business. Her role is focused on connecting Advance TRS with the clients and candidates we support, raising awareness of our specialist recruitment services and helping our teams build their presence within the industries they recruit across.
Working closely with people across the business, Fiona develops marketing campaigns and content that showcase their specialist knowledge, promote the opportunities they are recruiting for and keep Advance TRS front of mind with both clients and candidates. From sector campaigns and email marketing to the website and social media, her focus is on helping people understand who we are, what we do and how our recruitment teams can support them.
Fiona enjoys bringing together ideas from across the business and turning them into marketing that feels relevant and useful. Naturally curious and hands-on, she is always looking for new ways to improve how Advance TRS communicates, strengthen engagement with our audiences and support the wider team.
Outside of work, Fiona is mum to two busy boys and enjoys Pilates, walking and spending time outdoors with friends and family. She also loves travelling and is gradually working her way through an ever-growing travel bucket list.
