THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Resourcer or Delivery Consultant to support our Transportation and Buildings teams. The level of the role is matched to your experience.

You will find and engage the right candidates for our consultants’ vacancies across highways, rail, building services and construction. It is the ideal foundation for progressing into a full 360 consultant role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source, screen and shortlist candidates using the CRM, job boards, LinkedIn and your own network
• Recruit engineers, designers, project managers, site managers and building services professionals
• Advertise vacancies and network proactively to build strong talent pools
• Interview candidates to understand their skills and motivations, and match them accurately to roles
• Manage candidates through the process, keeping them informed and engaged
• Handle queries on contracts, pay and logistics
• Keep the CRM accurate, generate call lists and maintain compliance standards
• Deliver against activity KPIs and contribute to team targets

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Confident on the phone, with strong verbal and written communication
• Builds rapport quickly and puts people at ease
• Persuasive, persistent and patient
• Organised, able to prioritise and work to deadlines
• Resilient, flexible and adaptable
• Good IT skills and quick to learn new systems
• Resourcing or recruitment experience in technical markets is an advantage; the right attitude matters most and full training is provided
