Sub Agent – Major Civils

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sub Agent to support the construction fit out on a large infrastructure project.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in major construction and infrastructure projects, with extensive experience in reinforced concrete, structural works, temporary works and architectural fit-out.

Key Experience

• Minimum 10 years’ construction industry experience
• Minimum 5 years’ experience working as a Sub Agent
• Construction fit-out experience
• Reinforced concrete and drainage
• Concrete walls and slabs
• Structural steel
• Temporary works
• Architectural fit-out
• Shafts and headhouses
• Strong understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and site delivery

Required Qualifications

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• Strong site-based construction management experience

Contract Details

IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Attendance: 5 days per week onsite
