With 15 years of recruitment experience, he specialises in civil engineering and hydraulic modelling roles across the water, wastewater, flood risk, and drainage sectors, while also supporting opportunities in water resources, water quality, hydrology, hydrogeology, geomorphology, nature-based solutions, and wider environmental disciplines.
His role involves supporting clients and candidates throughout the full recruitment process, from understanding hiring requirements and market conditions to sourcing specialist talent, managing interviews and offers, and supporting successful onboarding. Alex also provides market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and long-term talent planning support to help clients build strong teams and candidates make informed career decisions.
