Calum French is a Senior Resourcer at Advance TRS, specialising in Highways, Civils and Civil Infrastructure recruitment across both design and site delivery. He primarily supports contract recruitment, while also helping clients secure permanent professionals across the sector.
Working with contractors, consultancies and infrastructure organisations, Calum recruits for a wide range of positions including Highway Engineers, Civil Infrastructure Engineers, Civil Engineers, Civil CAD Technicians, NEC Project Managers and Project Managers. He also has experience supporting recruitment across drainage and wider infrastructure projects.
For Calum, recruitment is all about people. He enjoys taking the time to get to know candidates, understanding what motivates them and playing a part in helping them build long-term careers. Outside of work, you’ll rarely find Calum indoors. He manages a local football team and regularly plays five-a-side football, while also enjoying a game of darts whenever he gets the chance.
