Jo-Anna Tancrel is Executive Assistant at Advance TRS, providing dedicated support to Managing Director Andy Ridout and the wider leadership team. She plays a key role in keeping the business running smoothly, overseeing everything from diary management and HR administration to company events and the many day-to-day operations that happen behind the scenes.
With more than 15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant across industries including architecture and finance, Jo brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism and organisational expertise to the role. Having spent a decade living in Asia with her family, she joined Advance TRS three years ago and has quickly become a trusted and valued member of the team.
Known for her calm, proactive approach and exceptional attention to detail, Jo thrives in fast-paced environments and is always willing to go the extra mile to support colleagues across the business. Her ability to balance multiple priorities, build strong relationships and keep everything on track makes her an integral part of the Advance TRS team.
Outside of work, Jo enjoys spending time with her family, usually around a braai (BBQ) or watching rugby.
