Lauren Hawkins is Health & Safety Manager at Advance TRS, responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety and compliance are maintained across the business. With more than 10 years of experience, Lauren oversees all aspects of health and safety, supporting clients, contractors and colleagues to ensure that every placement meets the strict requirements of the industries we operate in.
Working across rail, water, energy, highways and the built environment, Lauren manages compliance processes including audits, policies, contractor welfare and risk management. She plays a key role in maintaining the company’s accreditations and industry standards, leading ISO and RISQS audits and ensuring Advance TRS remains at the forefront of health, safety and best practice.
Lauren works closely with clients, contractors and internal teams to provide guidance and support on health and safety matters, helping to create safe working environments and ensuring that projects can be delivered with confidence. Her attention to detail, proactive approach and in-depth industry knowledge make her a trusted source of expertise across the business.
