Michelle Marsh is Head of Payroll, Accounts & Credit Control at Advance TRS, bringing more than 9 years of experience to the business. She leads the Payroll, Accounts & Credit Control team, overseeing the day-to-day financial operations that ensure contractors are paid accurately and on time, client invoices are processed efficiently, payments are managed, commission is calculated correctly, expenses are processed, and reporting is delivered to support the wider business.
Working closely with colleagues across the company, Michelle and her team play an essential role in delivering a seamless experience for both clients and contractors. With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, she ensures processes run smoothly while maintaining the high levels of accuracy and service that Advance TRS is known for.
Known for her positive attitude, loyalty and hardworking nature, Michelle is always willing to support her colleagues and takes pride in helping the business operate efficiently.
Outside of work, Michelle is a cat lover and a lifelong Robbie Williams fan, with an impressive collection of memorabilia. When she’s not adding to her collection, you’ll often find her enjoying a Zumba class or dancing whenever she gets the chance.
