For over a century, International Women’s Day has been observed, with its roots tracing back to 1911 generating support from millions around the globe. Today it stands as a platform for advocacy.

This year the theme is #inspireinclusion. When we inspire others to understand and value women’s inclusion, we forge a better world. When women themselves are inspired to be included, there is a sense of belonging, relevance, and empowerment.
As we celebrate International Women’s Day, Advance TRS takes immense pride in recognising the incredible contributions and achievements of the remarkable women who play a vital role in shaping our success. The Women of Advance TRS
Louise Oldham has been with the business for nearly 8 years. Within her role as Client Services Delivery Manager at Advance TRS, Lousie not only oversees a team of dedicated professionals but also develops the client service decision to deliver service-level agreements for select MSP and PRO clients. Louise has a proven track record in the sector and understands the importance of building strong candidate and client networks. Notably, she stands out as the most successful female sales consultant in the business, underscoring her exceptional dedication and outstanding performance. Additionally, Louise has been a proud representative woman both within our company and the industry at large, through her participation in events like the Women in Rail awards and representing Alstom at Railtex.
Since joining in 2016, Ella Gilbody has demonstrated exceptional growth within the company, now serving as the Marketing & Development Director. As one of two female directors on the business’s Management Board, she plays a crucial role in steering the growth and strategic direction of Advance TRS. Ella’s proactive “can do” attitude consistently delivers innovative and inspiring ideas to enhance our service for both clients and candidates. Her contributions have been pivotal in securing numerous awards for Advance TRS.
We are proud to also spotlight the incredible contributions of our young female employees. These Women are just starting out their professional careers with us.
