Having joined Advance TRS in 2019, Jake’s dedication has secured him well-deserved promotions. Now narrowing his focus to Rail Signalling and Digital Rail. Not only Is Jake highly regarded for his professional accomplishments, but Jake was voted Employee of the Year at our internal company awards, a testament to how highly regarded he is amongst his peers.

Q: What is your biggest career achievement
I don’t have one stand-out moment, instead, I take pride in the continuous development and improvement throughout my career, whether that is through refining new skills or expanding my industry knowledge.
Q: What do you most enjoy about recruitment
The best thing about recruitment is the dynamic nature of the job. I thoroughly enjoy the process as it allows me to connect and build relationships with candidates and clients alike.
What truly gives me satisfaction is the knowledge that I have played a pivotal role in assisting individuals and companies in achieving their goals.
Q: What is your favourite thing about Advance TRS
What I like most about Advance TRS is the genuine celebration of success within the company. We have a very supportive culture, where everyone wants the best for each other. The opportunity for progression and support to achieve your goals is very good. I also really enjoy the incentives, and get on with the people I work with, as it is always a good laugh when we all get together.
