MEP Design Manager (Lifts & Escalators)
West London | Hybrid Working £550 – £650 per day | Inside IR35 Contract until 2028
We are recruiting for an experienced MEP Design Manager with a strong background in Lifts & Escalators to join a major infrastructure project in London.
Working closely with the MEP Package Manager, you will take ownership of lift and escalator design packages, driving them through design reviews, approvals, certification and final delivery. You will manage key suppliers, resolve technical issues and ensure full design compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Experience managing Lift & Escalator design packages
- MEP Design Management background
- Major infrastructure, rail, transport or complex construction project experience
- Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills
- Experience working with suppliers
- Proactive approach with the ability to deliver packages through to completion
- CSCS White or Black Card (or willingness to obtain)
Details:
- Based in West London (3 days office / 2 days WFH)
- £550 – £650 per day
- Inside IR35
- Long-term contract until February 2028
