Recruitment Consultant

Advance TRS is a specialist recruitment consultancy connecting talented professionals with leading organisations across the engineering, infrastructure and built environment sectors.

We’re looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join our Guildford team, with a primary focus on permanent recruitment. Previous recruitment experience is desirable, but we’d also love to hear from motivated sales professionals looking to build a successful career in recruitment.

What you’ll do

• Develop new and existing client relationships.
• Source and place high-quality candidates into permanent roles.
• Generate new business opportunities.
• Manage the recruitment process from vacancy through to placement.
• Build your own specialist market and client portfolio.

What we’re looking for

• Recruitment experience or a proven sales background.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset with a drive to achieve results.
• Self-motivated, organised and resilient.
