Key Duties

  • Design LV and HV electrical distribution networks for residential, commercial and industrial developments.

  • Carry out earthing assessments and ensure designs comply with current industry standards and regulations.

The role will support the Project Manager in building, maintaining and updating the construction programme across all stages including design, procurement, construction and handover. About the Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Operational Conformance Manager to champion a “Right First Time” culture across their operational delivery teams. This is a high-impact role focused on driving quality, compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence throughout the business.

Working closely with operational and HSQ teams, you will identify performance trends, investigate root causes of defects and rework, and implement sustainable solutions that improve project outcomes.
