Celebrating 13 Years of Growth and Impact at Advance TRS

After an incredible 13 years of growth and impact at Advance TRS, it’s a time to reflect on our achievements, partnerships, and the positive impact we’ve made within the built environment sector. Our journey has been characterised by growth, driven by our commitment to integrity, quality, and loyalty. 

Our Journey of Growth

Over the years, Advance TRS has connected top talent with leading companies across various sectors within the built environment. We have expanded our services to deliver on major recruitment programmes, ensuring that projects are staffed with highly skilled professionals. Our dedication to exceeding expectations has been at the core of our operations, allowing us to push boundaries in the recruitment industry. 

Our Timeline:

2011 – Advance Training & Recruitment Services founded by Andy Ridout   2015 - Advance TRS achieve ISO 19001 and OHSAS 18001 certification after a rigorous audit process.   2016 - Advance TRS win both the High Growth and Overall Winner awards at the 2016 SME Surrey Business Awards.   2017 - Paul Metcalfe joins Advance TRS as Non-Executive Director. Advance Training & Recruitment Services re-branded as Advance TRS. Along with the re-brand, Advance TRS unveiled a new corporate identity and website reflecting the new brand.   2018 - Rob Kelly joins Advance TRS and opens the South Coast Office in Port Solent.   2020 - Advance TRS confirmed as RPO delivery partner for Alstom on CP6 works across the UK.   2021 - Advance TRS launch the first Advance TRS Golf Day for Rail Aid! Raising over £15,000 for Railway Children   Advance TRS open a new office in London   2024 – Advance TRS group launch a new company – CITILINE with Ben Shayegan specialising in Telecoms M&E recruitment.

Giving Back to the Community

At Advance TRS, we believe in the importance of giving back. Over the years, we have raised over £100,000 for charities such as Railway Children, Rail Aid, and Macmillan. Our team has embraced challenges like Tough Mudders, demonstrating our commitment to making a difference in the community while pushing ourselves to new limits.
