THE OPPORTUNITY

We are appointing a Team Leader or Department Manager to lead and grow our Energy and Renewables division. The level of the role is matched to your leadership experience.

The energy transition is driving sustained demand for skilled people across renewables, grid and power. You will set the direction for the division, lead a team of consultants and keep billing yourself.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead, coach and develop a team of consultants and resourcers to hit individual and team targets
• Set the division’s strategy, key accounts and growth plan with the Senior Leadership Team
• Run your own billing desk across solar, wind, battery storage, grid, transmission and distribution
• Win and grow key accounts with developers, utilities, contractors and consultancies
• Recruit new consultants into the team and build a high-performing culture
• Monitor performance, KPIs and pipeline, and report on divisional results
• Uphold quality, compliance and CRM standards across the team

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Strong recruitment background in energy, renewables, power or related engineering markets
• Experience leading, mentoring or managing consultants, or a senior biller ready to step up
• A consistent billing record and strong commercial judgement
• Able to win, grow and retain key accounts
• A motivating, organised leader who holds high standards
• Confident with CRM data, reporting and forecasting
