About the Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced NEC Site Supervisor to join the Southampton Link Main Project, a major Southern Water infrastructure scheme in Hampshire. Working under an NEC4 ECC contract, you will play a key role in ensuring construction activities are delivered to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and safety throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out site inspections to ensure works are delivered in accordance with the contract, specifications, and design requirements
  * Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with NEC4 ECC contract requirements
  * Identify, record, and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution with the delivery team
  * Maintain accurate site records and inspection reports
  * Work closely with the Contractor, Project Manager, and wider project team to support successful project delivery
  * Promote high standards of health, safety, quality, and environmental compliance on site
  * Provide technical oversight and support throughout the construction phase

About You:

• Proven experience working as an NEC Site Supervisor or in a similar site supervision role
  * Strong knowledge and experience of NEC4 ECC contracts (essential)
  * Experience within the water sector or major civil infrastructure projects (preferred)
  * Strong site inspection, quality assurance, and defect management experience
  * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  * Ability to work independently while supporting the wider project team
