Advance TRS is a niche recruitment consultancy specialising in the provision of highly skilled technical professionals. We provide permanent, contract, and temporary recruitment solutions to both candidates and clients across several key technical sectors: Rail, Water, Environment, Construction, Infrastructure, Energy, Renewables, and Highways.    

We are currently based over three offices:  

Guildford  

Our head office is located just outside the busy market town of Guildford, Surrey. We recently celebrated our first anniversary of our new office Wonersh House – a milestone that marks a year of growth, collaboration, and innovation. Our office provides the perfect setting for our team to come together and share ideas.  

London 

Our newest addition to the family is our state-of-the-art London office, located right in the heart of the city. Situated in a prime location with panoramic views of the themes and the bustling cityscape, our modern office is more than just a workplace. With modern conveniences, flexible workspaces, and a vibrant atmosphere, we provide the ideal environment for you to thrive and excel in your career.   

Portsmouth  

Nestled in the Marina of Port Solent, our office offers a stunning double-fronted view of the harbor, providing a picturesque backdrop for our south coast team. It is more than just a place to work it offers nearby shopping, entertainment, and recreational activities for all to enjoy.
