Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor needed in Enfield to look after 2 projects for a £150m turnover principle contractor! Great opportunity for someone to get exposure across pre construction designs, tenders, and run projects independently to completion.

Project: Depot upgrades, street lighting, plant worth £2.5m on NEC4 Term Service Contract

Role: Quantity Surveyor reporting into a Reigonal Commercial Manager, and overseeing the day to day of an apprentice

Location: Enfield

Salary: £50k – £65k

Benefits: Car allowance + up to 15% combines pension + couples healthcare + generic benefits schemes

Must have experience in general civils works and a minimum of 5 years working experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
