My client’s team of multidisciplinary experts dedicated to pioneering maritime planning, design, and development worldwide. As leaders in sustainable port projects, they offer exposure to diverse global initiatives and opportunities to collaborate with leading professionals in the field.

About Their Edinburgh Team:

My clients Edinburgh team comprises Engineers, Project Managers, and Technicians driving maritime projects across Scotland and beyond. As a key hub for maritime work, the Scotland office fosters collaboration between various disciplines, ensuring a dynamic and supportive working environment.

What You’ll Do:

– Collect and analyse design data

– Conduct inspections and surveys

– Provide structural analyses and reporting

– Offer engineering judgment and advice

– Manage and mentor junior staff

What You Bring:

Essential:

– Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering

– CEng MICE or CEng MIStructE accreditation

– Strong communication and teamwork skills

– Professional experience in maritime structures design

– Familiarity with international engineering standards

Desirable:

– Minimum 5 years of experience

– Knowledge of BIM Level 2

– Maritime-specific civil engineering experience

– Track record of productivity improvement
