Purpose of Role
- Search, filter and screen potential candidates for internal roles
- Manage diary for Talent Acquisition Manager – scheduling meetings, recruitment events, interviews and training sessions
- Process new starter paperwork and admin
- Manage employee engagement activities – including ensuring regular appraisals are completed, updating training records and employee records on BreatheHR, drafting and coordinating employee letters (anniversaries, milestones etc)
- Support marketing team to deliver internal events, incentives and conferences
- Support marketing team to deliver talent attraction marketing strategies
- Manage company training calendar – scheduling and promoting training opportunities

- Experienced in candidate qualification, attraction and sourcing
- Excellent organisation, time management and planning skills
- Enthusiastic and assertive – confident to speak to anyone
- The ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Roles & Responsibilities
Induction
- Complete new starter administration – coordinating welcome packs, printing information, IT set up and new starter paperwork
- Welcome new staff to the business – give office tour and support with initial IT introduction
- Support Talent Acquisition Manager to coordinate and schedule induction plan
Internal Recruitment
- Qualify and filter of CVs generated by searches, applications and watchdogs (salary, location, interest, current situation etc)
- Add qualified candidates for internal roles to the database and book interviews for Talent Acquisition Manager
- Manage Talent Acquisition Managers diary and schedule meetings/appointments/interviews
- Support Talent Acquisition Manager with talent attraction tactics – organising events and working with Marketing to promote the business externally
Employee Engagement and Company Culture
- Embody the core values and promote the company culture as an ambassador for the business
- Support Marketing with internal communication – recognising and celebrate examples of excellence, anniversaries, birthdays and promotions in bulletins

- Support Marketing to deliver company events, incentives and activities
- Be a strong presence on social media to showcase the business to potential candidates
