Our Property Team are proud to have sponsored the IRPM Regional Seminars this year which were held all over the country. We attended all of the seminars which were held in Birmingham, Bristol, Manchester, Brighton and London.

The IRPM is the Institute of Residential Property Management. They are the leading professional body for residential property management professionals, providing learning and qualifications to over 4,000 members from over 1,000 organisations, who serve the private, social, build-to-rent and retirement sectors, managing estates and developments across all tenures.

The agenda for this year’s regional seminars were Cyber Security, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Legal Update, Customer Focus & Ethics, Violence & Property Management, Health & Safety and a Workshop Session.

All of our Property Team had a chance to represent Advance TRS at the events and all took home some crucial and interesting information about the property industry. Of course, it was also a great opportunity for networking all over the country.

We look forward to next year’s seminars!
