We are thrilled to announce that Matt Bray has joined Advance TRS as Managing Director of Construction. With over 25 years of experience recruiting in the construction, built environment and major infrastructure sectors, Matt has become the ‘go-to’ man in the world of construction recruitment for many of his clients. His knowledge and professional network are a huge asset to the growing recruitment firm.

He brings with him the experience of having previously directed experienced recruitment consultants in delivering both UK wide and International search campaigns, alongside senior level contingency recruitment to the permanent and interim contract markets.
