  • Update your skills and experience – make sure you include your transferrable skills – think of your profile as your digital CV
  • Set your profile to ‘open for opportunities to tell recruiters you are on the market
  • Refresh your CV

Update your CV with your latest achievements, roles, and responsibilities. Depending on how long it has been since your last CV update you may want to update the formatting too to reflect the role you are looking for. The key to maximising your CV is using keywords. These will pull your CV in relevant searches employers run on CVs. Think about the keywords and skills that may be searched for by a potential employer and make sure these feature in your CV.   • Update your CV on Job Boards

Once you have updated your CV, make sure to share it on the leading job boards in your chosen career. There are lots of specialist job boards out there and by registering for these and updating your profile, you can help recruiters and hiring managers find you!
