I have been liaising with Esta for these past few months. What I like and appreciate is her diligence and attention to detail. Esta will inform me in a timely manner of timesheets being received and being processed. One would naturally assume this but it is good to have that personal touch which reassures you. Also, all my queries have been dealt with efficiently by Esta such as my recent VAT query which she handled brilliantly. Esta is highly professional, courteous and conscientiousness.
