Katie celebrates 5 years at Advance TRS

Katie embarked on her journey at Advance TRS half a decade ago, over the course of these five years, she has ascended the professional ladder with remarkable achievements. Demonstrating exceptional dedication Katie is now Head of Compliance and Administration.

Katie is a highly valued and key team member of our Business Services team, based at our head office in Guildford. Her exceptional skills and unwavering commitment underpin the success of her team. In her role, Katie is responsible for all contractor onboarding, registration packs, starters/finishers, contracts, contract extensions, umbrella companies, and supply chains.

Our Employee Engagement Coordinator, Emilie asked Katie about some of her favorite moments from the last 5 years.

What do you enjoy about Advance TRS?

“One thing I really like about Advance TRS is the ability to make your career what you want, you get out of it what you put in. There are multiple opportunities for progression with support from the Directors to help you achieve your goals. Being part of a team with such supportive individuals has not only helped my career development but also contributed to my personal growth”.

What is your favorite memory/time at Advance TRS?

I don’t have one specific memory, but I would say that a lot of the social incentives and summer parties holds such good memories for me. Participating in celebrations for the company’s achievements such as reaching the Millionaires Club, the Advance 10-year anniversary, hitting team targets, incentives, and the lively summer party are always the best. It is always fun getting to spend time with the team and letting your hair down. Being part of a company where my colleagues aren’t just coworkers but also friends make these moments truly special.  

What is the best thing about being a manager?

The best thing about being a manager is being able to help my team with their successes. Having a team that is dedicated and committed to their roles and being able to help them realise and achieve their goals is so rewarding.
