The Role
Working within the wastewater and bioresources cost assessment team, the successful candidates will:
- Analyse and assess company investment plans, focusing on wastewater treatment, storm overflows, drainage management, and sludge treatment.
- Engage with water companies, regulators, and stakeholders to monitor performance and value delivery.
- Apply data analysis, modelling, and technical expertise to support evidence-based decisions.
- Contribute to policy development, process design, and expenditure tracking for major environmental and infrastructure programmes.
About You
We’re looking for professionals with:
- Strong technical experience in wastewater treatment, sewerage networks, or bioresources.
- A relevant degree (engineering, science, or data analysis) or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven analytical and data interpretation skills to support decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, able to convey complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Previous experience could include wastewater hydraulic modeller, engineer, scientist, asset manager, or data analyst.
Experience in asset management, capital programme planning, or environmental resilience would also be advantageous.
Benefits
Our client offers a highly flexible, hybrid working environment alongside:
