Railway Telecoms Design CRE

Rate: £550 – £650/day
Location: Hybrid – 2 days/week on-site in West London
Contract Type: Inside IR35

We are looking for a highly experienced Railway Telecoms Design CRE (Contractor’s Responsible Engineer) to lead and assure telecoms design activities on a major rail infrastructure programme.

To be considered:

• Proven experience as a Telecoms Design CRE in UK railway telecoms projects.
• Strong understanding of FTNx design and UK railway telecoms standards.
• Ability to manage design assurance, interface coordination, and compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Role Details:

• Lead telecoms design activities and ensure compliance with UK railway standards.
• Act as the Design CRE for telecoms, overseeing design deliverables and approvals.
• Hybrid working model with 2 days/week required on-site In West London.

Only candidates with relevant railway telecoms CRE experience will be considered.
